Tasks

  • Engage with stakeholders to support leaders on people matters and policies
  • Coach leaders through business transformation
  • Partner with leadership team on implementation and steady state people processes
  • Support the launch and setup of a new warehouse site in Germany
  • Implement the People Strategy in designated locations
  • Work closely with HR professionals and specialists in People Advisory and Centres of Excellence
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and their teams
  • Deliver the annual HR Cycle, including performance management, compensation, and succession planning
  • Manage employee relations issues and advise on HR policies
  • Ensure local compliance with employment laws
  • Encourage talent transfer within the organization
  • Draw insights from real-time reports to identify improvement opportunities
  • Deliver trainings and workshops on various HR topics
  • Participate in on-site recruitment
  • Coordinate and perform onboarding and training sessions
