Tasks
- Engage with stakeholders to support leaders on people matters and policies
- Coach leaders through business transformation
- Partner with leadership on launching and setting up new warehouse site
- Implement and maintain people processes
- Support transformation and change management
- Partner with People function stakeholders on strategy implementation
- Deliver annual HR Cycle, including performance management, compensation, and succession planning
- Manage employee relations issues and provide HR advice
- Ensure local employment law compliance
- Encourage talent transfer within the organization
- Analyze real-time reports to identify and address improvement opportunities
- Conduct trainings and workshops on HR topics
- Participate in on-site recruitment
- Coordinate and perform onboarding and training sessions
