  • Deliver annual HR Cycle, including performance management, compensation, and succession planning
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide HR advice
  • Ensure local employment law compliance
  • Encourage talent transfer within the organization
  • Analyze real-time reports to identify and address improvement opportunities
  • Conduct trainings and workshops on HR topics
  • Participate in on-site recruitment
  • Coordinate and perform onboarding and training sessions
