Requirements

  • Degree in personnel management, law, psychology, business, or comparable qualification
  • Several years experience as commercial HR Business Partner
  • Experience in leadership partnering and HR advising
  • Knowledge of German labour law and Works Council experience
  • Passion for business partnering and hands-on approach
  • Good sense of humour
  • Fluent German and good command of English
  • Knowledge of German employment legislation and Works Councils
  • Curiosity and drive to digitalize processes
  • Energy and patience for cultural change
