Requirements
- •Degree in personnel management, law, psychology, business, or comparable qualification
- •Several years experience as commercial HR Business Partner
- •Experience in leadership partnering and HR advising
- •Knowledge of German labour law and Works Council experience
- •Passion for business partnering and hands-on approach
- •Good sense of humour
- •Fluent German and good command of English
- •Knowledge of German employment legislation and Works Councils
- •Curiosity and drive to digitalize processes
- •Energy and patience for cultural change
- •Ability to engage stakeholders across multiple cultures
- •Focus on deadlines and driving OKRs
- •Ability to influence, coach, and mentor
- •Strong organizational skills and numerical accuracy
- •Sound digital skills in MS Office and Workday
- •Interest in multi-national HR team collaboration
- •Self-motivation and business growth mind-set
- •Proactive approach in fast-paced environments
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Experience working in an international environment
- •Resilience and a hands-on approach

- •Deliver and develop the HR strategy
- •Manage the full employee life cycle
- •Process employee data in Workday
- •Execute organizational restructures and changes
- •Coordinate annual pay and bonus reviews
- •Manage reward and recognition programs
- •Analyze HCD metrics and headcount reports
- •Develop action plans for turnover trends
- •Lead talent management and succession planning
- •Identify organizational skill and competency needs
- •Drive workforce planning and performance management
