HR support for 160 R&D employees at global beauty care product provider. Several years commercial HR BP experience with German labour law knowledge required. Remote and office work balance.
Requirements
- Degree in personnel management, law, psychology, business, or comparable qualification
- Several years experience as commercial HR Business Partner
- Experience in leadership partnering and HR advising
- Knowledge of German labour law and Works Council experience
- Passion for business partnering and hands-on approach
- Good sense of humour
- Fluent German and good command of English
- Knowledge of German employment legislation and Works Councils
- Curiosity and drive to digitalize processes
- Energy and patience for cultural change
- Ability to engage stakeholders across multiple cultures
- Focus on deadlines and driving OKRs
- Ability to influence, coach, and mentor
- Strong organizational skills and numerical accuracy

Tasks
- Support 160 Research and Development employees
- Advise leaders on all people issues
- Drive operational excellence and execution
- Advocate for digitalization and well-being
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence
- Manage headcount cost planning with FP&A
- Implement the regional DE&I roadmap
- Deliver and develop the HR strategy
- Manage the full employee life cycle
- Process employee data in Workday
- Execute organizational restructures and changes
- Coordinate annual pay and bonus reviews
- Manage reward and recognition programs
- Analyze HCD metrics and headcount reports
- Develop action plans for turnover trends
- Lead talent management and succession planning
- Identify organizational skill and competency needs
- Drive workforce planning and performance management
