- •University degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field
- •Preferred master’s degree
- •Many years of healthcare consulting experience
- •Significant leadership experience with European market focus
- •Experience with large-scale healthcare projects in CEE
- •Familiarity with value-based care models and healthcare reform
- •In-depth understanding of European healthcare systems and regulations
- •PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications
- •Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- •Fluency in English and German language
- •Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

- •Deliver a best-in-class diagnostics strategic consulting portfolio
- •Manage strategic projects and key stakeholder relationships
- •Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term objectives
- •Represent the company at industry conferences and events
- •Oversee project scoping, resource allocation, and budgeting
- •Mentor the consulting team to foster professional growth
- •Establish KPIs to track consulting practice performance
- •Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards
- •Develop innovative consulting frameworks and industry publications
- •Help laboratory leaders optimize processes and reduce costs
