Requirements

  • •University degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field
  • •Master’s degree preferred
  • •Many years of healthcare consulting experience
  • •Significant leadership experience with European market focus
  • •Experience with large-scale healthcare projects in CEE
  • •Familiarity with value-based care models and reforms
  • •Understanding of European healthcare systems and regulations
  • •PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or relevant certifications
  • •Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • •Fluency in English and German language
  • •Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management
  • •Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

Tasks

  • •Lead a skilled team of healthcare consultants
  • •Develop the laboratory diagnostics consulting strategy for CEE
  • •Identify market opportunities and emerging industry trends
  • •Evolve laboratory operational excellence consulting services
  • •Deliver a best-in-class diagnostics strategic consulting portfolio
  • •Manage strategic projects and key stakeholder relationships
  • •Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term objectives
  • •Represent the company at industry conferences and events
  • •Oversee project scoping, resource allocation, and budgeting
  • •Mentor the consulting team to foster professional growth
  • •Establish KPIs to track consulting practice performance
  • •Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards
  • •Develop innovative consulting frameworks and industry publications
  • •Help laboratory leaders optimize processes and reduce costs
