  • Previous experience in digital health (preferred)
  • Experience in obesity and diabetes treatment (preferred)

  • Engage patients to achieve health goals
  • Build long-term patient relationships
  • Manage patient communications end-to-end
  • Facilitate community management
  • Conduct group and individual patient communications
  • Provide nutrition and movement advice
  • Coach behavioral changes
  • Develop meal plans
  • Moderate patient communities
  • Triage patient communications
  • Respond to patient communications
  • Escalate patient communications to German and Global teams
  • Direct patient queries to internal channels
  • Route patient feedback to internal channels
  • Contribute to offering development for German patients
  • Support other functions as needed
  • Collaborate with clinical team
  • Work with international operations team
  • Partner with delivery partners
  • Identify health issues and diagnoses
  • Respond to health issues and diagnoses
  • Escalate health situations according to guidelines
  • Filter important information to the team
