- Fluency in German and English, written and spoken

- University degree or equivalent professional experience

Tasks
- Develop and lead operations in the German market
- Foster a high-performance culture and support talent development
- Define and execute a commercial strategy aligned with group goals
- Implement a local Go-to-Market strategy and provide market feedback
- Identify growth opportunities through market analysis
- Expand the customer portfolio and build strategic partnerships
- Manage relationships with partner agencies for lead generation
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance
- Optimize processes and manage risks
- Drive change management and support key decisions
- Own the German P&L and ensure accurate reporting
- Lead the Monthly Business Review (MBR)
- Represent the organization in the German market
