- •Lead and scale the relationship management team
- •Oversee high-value strategic accounts personally
- •Act as a senior escalation point
- •Translate VIP insights into actionable product initiatives
- •Identify cross-sell opportunities across the portfolio
- •Monitor VIP performance metrics and reporting
- •Ensure adherence to regulatory, KYC, and AML standards
