Tasks

  • Shape the vision for emission-free energy and mobility
  • Report to the CTO and lead software engineering teams
  • Develop and manage the technology platform for BESS commercialization
  • Ensure high standards in reliability, performance, and observability
  • Balance priorities among technical excellence, IT security, compliance, and business performance
  • Manage stakeholders, including top-level management and partners
  • Set strategic technical goals and ensure compliance and performance
  • Support team members as a servant leader
  • Remove impediments in team members' daily work
  • Empower the team to utilize strengths at all levels
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth

Work Experience

  • 5 - 7 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree
