Requirements
- 5+ years talent acquisition experience (agency and in-house)
- Experience building/improving hiring function in scale-up
- Understanding of active sourcing as integral job part
- Genuine AI fluency and workflow integration
- Systems thinking and designing for scale
- Direct and confident communication, expectation calibration
- Energized by building, ready to get hands dirty
Tasks
- Build a talent acquisition function for an AI-first company
- Define hiring standards with AI fluency as a baseline
- Establish a strong talent brand in a competitive market
- Identify and implement automation opportunities in hiring processes
- Manage the full hiring process, ensuring speed, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Source and build global talent pipelines for tech, product, and healthtech roles
- Define and assess A-player criteria, including AI fluency
- Lead and develop a lean recruiting team
- Partner with senior leadership on organizational design and workforce planning
- Challenge unnecessary headcount requests
- Manage external agencies and partners commercially
- Set up metrics and reporting to enhance hiring as a competitive advantage
