- •Collaborate with purchasing and production on quality deviations
- •Oversee supplier claim and waiver management processes
- •Develop a departmental key performance indicator system
- •Support the analysis of overall supplier quality
- •Improve processes using lean and quality management systems
- •Maintain and review quality information records
