Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in supplier management
  • •Experience in Lean-Methods (Lean-Manufacturing, 5S, Gemba, Six Sigma, CIP, Kaizen, SMED, Total Productive Maintenance, Value Stream Mapping)
  • •Strong technical skills in production technologies
  • •Good understanding of global regulations, norms, and standards
  • •Experience in supplier audits and performance improvement
  • •Good knowledge in project management
  • •Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
  • •Service-oriented capability with strategic vision
  • •Fluency in English and a second language (German or French preferable)
  • •National and international travel activities
