- Lead Supplier Development team across all commodities
- Improve and develop supplier performance using continuous improvement tools
- Develop quality mindset and continuous improvement
- Lead recovery performance missions in critical suppliers
- Identify and develop supplier weaknesses and improvement plans
- Identify risks and opportunities in new developments and industrializations
- Secure adherence to audit and assessment plans
- Manage complex Transfer of Work and APQP projects
- Deliver improved performance through change leadership
- Define Supplier Quality Improvement Program and Business Improvement plans
- Develop specific activities and problem resolution with non-SQIP suppliers
- Provide vision and communicate roadmap for Airbus supply chain
- Support procurement in defining supply chain strategies
- Anticipate and prevent recurring supplier quality issues
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies at supplier sites
- Represent AD Procurement in strategic and industry-wide projects
- Upskill team in continuous improvement methods and tools

- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
