Avionics Equipment Engineer - Aircraft General Systems(m/w/x)
Developing avionics for aircraft general systems, specifying and testing control systems. 3+ years of experience in avionics development and requirements engineering required. 30 days annual leave, flexible working hours.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a related field
- Experience in a comparable role
- Experience in Electronics, Avionic Development, Embedded Systems
- Experience in Requirements Engineering
- Knowledge of standards about Hardware/Software Design Assurance, Environmental and Electromagnetic Effects Qualification
- Fluent English
- German language beneficial
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity
Tasks
- Develop avionics for aircraft general systems
- Specify and test control systems
- Generate certification evidence
- Guide suppliers in avionics design and development
- Support integration of systems into aircraft
- Provide engineering support for aircraft build line
- Support flight test and maintenance programs
- Liaise with internal and external partners
- Collaborate with national and international customers
