Requirements
- •5–10 years in investment banking, FP&A, corporate finance, or high-growth tech
- •Exceptional modelling and analytical ability
- •Strong AI fluency: LLMs, automation tools, analytical platforms, workflow orchestration
- •Passion for building finance processes
- •Ability to influence cross-functional teams with data
- •Comfortable operating in high velocity, high ambiguity environments
Work Experience
7 - 10 years
Tasks
- •Own planning, forecasting, and performance management
- •Build an AI-augmented FP&A engine with automated forecasting
- •Create real-time reporting and autonomous variance analysis
- •Develop and maintain dynamic, driver-based models with live data
- •Replace static processes with scalable AI workflows
- •Advise the CFO and leadership team with data-backed insights
- •Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, and People teams for resource allocation
- •Translate complex financial signals into actionable business insights
- •Define and implement a company-wide KPI framework
- •Build automated dashboards for real-time visibility in key metrics
- •Run monthly performance cycles with minimal manual work
- •Support board and investor materials with data-driven storytelling
- •Define the finance tech stack and automation roadmap
- •Coach junior team members in AI-native practices
- •Shape the future of the Strategic Finance organization as it scales
