Tasks
- Elevate finance operations to enhance reporting and efficiency
- Lead the entire Finance function, including Accounting and FP&A
- Develop and grow a high-performing finance team
- Coordinate with external accounting, tax, and audit partners
- Act as a strategic finance partner to the executive team
- Translate business strategy into financial plans and KPIs
- Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital
- Establish and optimize finance operations and processes
- Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Lead audit processes and ensure compliance with local GAAP
- Collaborate with Revenue, Product, and Go-To-Market teams
- Support pricing, unit economics, and growth initiatives
- Drive implementation and optimization of finance tools
- Improve procurement, vendor management, and cost control
