- Oversee HR Directors and HR Business Partners
- Drive large-scale HR transformation
- Develop functional HR roadmaps
- Act as strategic advisor to senior leaders
- Translate organizational strategy into HR initiatives
- Implement workforce agility frameworks
- Develop talent acquisition roadmap
- Identify future skill needs
- Ensure identification of high-potential employees
- Create succession and leadership pathways
- Champion talent assessment tools
- Oversee learning and development programs
- Foster a culture of upskilling
- Leverage HR analytics and AI tools
- Drive workforce planning and talent reviews
- Drive retention and employee engagement strategies
- Develop and implement HR policy
- Lead strategic HR projects
- Manage complex multi-disciplinary projects
- Serve as a change leader
- Implement frameworks for organizational transformation
- Work closely with Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility teams
- Ensure competitive total rewards
