  • Willingness to travel across EMEA
  • Industry experience in IP or SaaS
  • Experience selling into corporate IP departments
  • Familiarity with IP workflows

Tasks

  • Lead and develop EAM and SDR teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability and value
  • Recruit and onboard top sales talent
  • Drive retention and new business growth
  • Execute strategic enterprise account plans
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Partner with Marketing to generate pipeline
  • Coach teams on deal execution and conversion
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy
  • Manage regional forecasting in Salesforce
