- Manage first-line sales leaders and 25 Account Executives
- Mentor and coach on advanced sales strategies
- Foster leadership growth through rigorous pipeline management
- Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and development
- Implement skill training and mentorship programs
- Conduct quarterly sales forecasting and product solutioning
- Collaborate with legal teams on complex sales motions
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with strategic clients
- Lead significant contract negotiations and deals
- Maintain deep expertise in Qualtrics XM platform
- Understand the competitive landscape for winning proposals
- Establish collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ensure seamless client success through cross-functional teamwork
- Engage in critical sales cycles for executive-level guidance
- Support deal closure for sales managers and AEs
