Head of Revenue Operations & CRM - Platform Experience(m/w/x)
Building Zalando's revenue operating system for predictable platform growth. Expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM ecosystem development required. 27 days holiday, up to 60% remote per week.
Requirements
- 5+ years leadership experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Excellence in B2B, platform, or marketplace
- Led end-to-end transformation initiatives (e.g., CRM roll-out/migration, new sales methodology implementation)
- Strong analytical background with experience defining, tracking, and using KPIs
- Expertise in Salesforce (workflow/process design, automation, reporting, adoption)
- Experience owning/governing CRM business processes beyond sales (e.g., partner lifecycle, operational support), including HubSpot or similar
- Track record of driving automation and efficiency (AI-enabled workflow, decision-support)
- Proven leadership capability to influence senior stakeholders and turn strategy into repeatable processes
Tasks
- Build and run revenue operating system
- Transform platform strategy into predictable growth
- Develop scalable processes and performance governance
- Create coherent CRM ecosystem with automation and AI
- Design end-to-end revenue operating model
- Implement segmentation and coverage logic
- Manage funnel and pipeline governance
- Plan and forecast revenue cadences
- Set incentives, targets, and KPIs
- Ensure Salesforce and HubSpot enable efficient partner lifecycle
- Partner with Sales, Partner Management, Finance, Operations, Product, Tech, and Data
- Design and run pipeline governance
- Define and govern standard commercial processes
- Coordinate Sales Operations & Insights activities
- Forecast and plan revenue
- Manage pipeline and maintain data/process hygiene
- Define, report, and own key performance metrics
- Guide interventions and support decision-making
- Own Salesforce architecture and roadmap
- Ensure HubSpot supports commercial and operational workflows
- Partner with Product, Tech, and Data teams
- Scale automation and AI use cases
- Reduce manual effort and improve productivity
- Lead organizational transformation
- Build and lead Rev Ops & CRM team
- Drive adoption of standardized processes and tools
