Requirements
- University degree in electrical engineering or business administration with technical affinity
- Minimum 10 years sales or marketing experience in Semiconductor Industry
- Proven international leadership in cross-functional/cultural teams
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor markets, customers, applications, and/or supply chains
- Experience with global OEM channels and partners, building and maintaining relationships
- Ability to identify high-growth segments in EMEA and align product roadmaps to regional technical requirements
- Direct experience in high-level OEM contract negotiations and volume-pricing agreements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English
- Ability to define and execute strategies involving global internal and external stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial thinking, result orientation, customer focus
- Team player embracing responsibility and wanting to be part of a winning team
- Occasional business travel to meet teams and customers
Tasks
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategy
- Align with global objectives and local market needs
- Ensure alignment with commercial goals
- Lead regional marketing campaigns
- Drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Identify market penetration opportunities
- Segment customers and generate demand
- Conduct market research
- Understand customer behaviors and trends
- Translate insights into marketing strategies
- Provide regular reports to head of Marketing & Strategy
- Collaborate with GSM and Product Groups
- Align marketing initiatives with sales goals
- Accelerate pipeline and conversions with GSM teams
- Optimize pricing strategies
- Develop value propositions
- Tailor commercial offers to markets
- Manage and mentor regional marketing teams
- Localize global marketing initiatives
- Provide feedback from regional markets
- Act as regional voice in global discussions
- Influence internal stakeholders
- Drive KPIs for marketing effectiveness
- Improve lead generation and conversion rates
- Contribute to revenue growth
