- Proven track record in positioning/packaging
- Measurable improvement in retention or expansion (NRR impact)
- Experience in compliance, risk, supply chain, ESG, or regulated B2B SaaS
- Experience in European enterprise contexts (ideal)
- Hands-on LLM and agent tooling experience
- Proven AI-native practice
- Building agents, custom GPTs, automations, or context layers
- Strong messaging, positioning, and narrative development
- Owning and drafting core materials yourself
- Strong ownership and execution mindset
- Shipping without waiting for permission
- Hands-on operator combining strategy and execution
- High level of agency, speed, and accountability
- Strong pattern recognition
- Ability to operate in complex, evolving environments
- Strong executive presence
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Clear, confident communicator

- Shape market understanding of company value
- Define packaging and pricing strategies
- Lead tier-1 and strategic product launches
- Design and set up the product marketing function
- Drive strategic product narrative and capability positioning
- Ensure clear and differentiated market positioning
- Translate complex capabilities into customer-relevant value
- Operate and extend AI-native context layer
- Leverage AI to scale PMM output and consistency
- Apply AI-first workflows for content creation
- Automate recurring work processes
- Maintain a single source of truth for positioning
- Drive a lean, high-leverage operating model
- Own end-to-end launch operating system
- Define structured launch approaches
- Ensure high-quality go-to-market execution
- Evolve pricing and packaging narrative
- Build value articulation for revenue growth
- Develop high-impact sales enablement assets
- Enable sales teams with competitive context
- Build systematic competitive intelligence function
- Deliver regular market insights
- Engage and shape analyst narratives
- Represent company positioning to analysts
- Drive NRR contribution
