Requirements

• •Deep knowledge in technical/natural sciences and business sciences
• •Bachelor or Master’s degree in optometry, natural sciences, medicine, or industrial engineering with business studies
• •Extensive experience in product management in medical technology or related field
• •Several years of experience in a leadership role
• •Experience in leading product teams in an agile environment
• •Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products
• •Deep understanding of product development processes in a medical and regulated environment
• •Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision and strategy
• •Ability to develop and manage product roadmaps
• •Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• •Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
• •Ability to work collaboratively across departments

Tasks

• •Manage a team of product managers
• •Support functions and external partners
• •Manage interfaces and stakeholders within the product group
• •Drive the overall REF product roadmap
• •Derive product requirements with the team
• •Initiate product development projects according to the ZEISS process
• •Collaborate with project teams throughout the product lifecycle
• •Participate in global market launch activities
• •Ensure successful market performance of products within the corneal refractive workflow strategy
