Head of Product Management Devices Refractive(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Deep knowledge in technical/natural sciences and business sciences
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in optometry, natural sciences, medicine, or industrial engineering with business studies
• Extensive experience in product management in medical technology or related field
• Several years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience in leading product teams in an agile environment
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products
• Deep understanding of product development processes in a medical and regulated environment
• Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision and strategy
• Ability to develop and manage product roadmaps
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Proven ability to manage budgeting and forecasting for product initiatives

Tasks

• Manage a team of product managers
• Support functions and external partners
• Manage interfaces and stakeholders within the product group
• Drive the overall REF product roadmap
• Derive product requirements with the team
• Initiate product development projects according to the ZEISS process
• Collaborate with project teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Participate in global market launch activities
• Ensure successful market performance of products within the corneal refractive workflow strategy
