- Raise awareness of ZEISS presbyopia solutions among surgeons, optometrists, and patients
- Identify barriers preventing surgeons from recommending the PRESBYOND procedure
- Develop tools for effective PRESBYOND patient counseling
- Collaborate with the global PDC team to gather customer insights
- Implement the program in targeted countries
- Work with the Professional Education Team and global PRESBYOND KOLs to co-develop educational programs
- Ensure consistent training alignment across regions and countries
- Manage the program roadmap and report progress to senior management
- Align with global strategy and internal teams including Marketing, Sales, and Clinical Application
