- Define strategic logic for product investments and user segments
- Lead product leaders and managers across multiple groups
- Translate company vision into a coherent product portfolio
- Refine product strategy and make prioritization decisions
- Communicate strategic choices to cross-functional teams
- Oversee Docs & Capture, Patient Platform, and Agent & AI Chat
- Align portfolio priorities with customer needs and market opportunities
- Drive clarity on product acceleration and iteration
- Lead and develop a growing team of product leaders and managers
- Support experienced PMs with context and autonomy
- Develop newer team members in product thinking and judgment
- Raise the bar for product quality and customer understanding
- Create an environment of ownership and strong collaboration
- Improve product planning, review, and prioritization processes
- Build scalable decision-making and planning cadences
- Foster effective collaboration between teams
- Ensure product development aligns with user needs and business outcomes
- Be actively involved in product discovery and reviews
- Work closely with customer-facing teams to understand workflows
- Maintain a strong focus on product quality and usability
- Support teams directly in complex healthcare workflows
- Define and scope upcoming product hires
- Play an active role in interviewing and hiring product talent
- Build the product organization for Recare’s growth
