- Maintain technical insight through skip-level conversations
- Ensure transparent communication across the organization
- Share progress, risks, and blockers with the Director of Technology
- Provide engineers with context for company decisions
- Build transparent frameworks for engineering compensation
- Clarify engineering expectations and career growth
