- •Extensive leadership experience in product management
- •Experience evolving Salesforce or comparable CRM
- •Proven senior stakeholder management track record
- •Experience transforming teams or functions
- •Comfort operating across strategic and operational levels
- •Willingness to travel internationally
- •Agile certifications or equivalent (strongly preferred)
- •Product management certification (strongly preferred)
- •Project management certification or equivalent (strongly preferred)
- •Strategic thinker with strong decision-making capability
- •Highly credible communicator and influencer
- •Resilience and pragmatism in complex environments
- •Commitment to data quality and user-centred design
- •Coaching-oriented and collaborative leadership style

Tasks
- •Lead a global product and systems support team
- •Own the strategic roadmap for Salesforce and editorial platforms
- •Partner with senior business owners on platform scalability
- •Manage budgets for licenses, vendors, and team development
- •Drive workflow simplification, standardization, and automation
- •Champion data governance and system integrity
- •Coach and mentor product and process excellence managers
- •Translate stakeholder needs into prioritized product outcomes
- •Represent the department in divisional governance forums
- •Implement Agile frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
- •Monitor KPIs for system adoption and data quality
- •Coordinate sprint planning with internal IT partners
- •Oversee user training and structured support models
- •Identify opportunities for AI-enabled platform improvements
