Tasks
- Define and execute the production strategy aligned with Aesir’s vision
- Establish clear departmental goals, KPIs, and success metrics
- Build and evolve a strong production framework with defined pipelines
- Represent the Production Department in leadership meetings
- Ensure effective collaboration between Project Management and Producing functions
- Oversee planning, tracking, and delivery across multiple productions
- Ensure quality, budget, and timeline alignment within production frameworks
- Support the CPO in project forecasting and capacity planning
- Identify bottlenecks and risks early and implement solutions
- Refine production standards, tools, and hybrid processes
- Lead, mentor, and coach Producers and Project Managers
- Foster a positive and empowering team culture
- Ensure clear communication between Producing, PM, and other departments
- Encourage continuous learning through feedback and performance reviews
- Align resource allocation and project priorities effectively
- Develop and maintain a strong production pipeline concept
- Establish best practices for production planning and delivery control
- Translate product strategy into actionable production structures
- Understand each product to navigate priorities and dependencies
- Take operational ownership of production-related decisions
- Represent Aesir’s production perspective in negotiations
- Maintain a solution-oriented, hands-on leadership approach
