Description

You will lead the HR team and partner with the CPO to drive operational excellence, from managing works council relations to implementing strategic projects that shape the company’s culture.

Requirements

• •Background in HR management, business administration, or comparable field
• •Expertise in labor law, employee relations, and co-determination
• •Strong leadership experience managing HR teams
• •Trustworthiness, confidence, and collaborative mindset
• •Skills in organizational development and change management
• •Ability to represent C-level topics operationally
• •Knowledge in compensation, benefits, and HR systems
• •Data- and KPI-driven decision-making skills
• •Experience managing complex HR software rollouts
• •Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
• •Confidence working with works councils
• •Professionalism in conflict resolution and diplomacy
• •Fluent German and English communication skills
• •Strategic thinking, empathy, and service orientation

Tasks

• •Support the CPO on operational topics
• •Represent the CPO during their absence
• •Lead HR Business Partner and Specialist teams
• •Coordinate teams for high-quality service delivery
• •Collaborate with the works council on employee relations
• •Manage co-determination and compliance matters
• •Advise managers on leadership and HR challenges
• •Implement HR software and compensation initiatives
• •Drive culture and employee engagement programs
• •Develop HR policies aligned with company strategy
• •Maintain processes for operational excellence
• •Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
• •Support change management and organizational development
