Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related
  • Strong financial acumen and numeracy
  • Experience in debt structuring and negotiation
  • Track record in project finance ideally
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills
  • Strong negotiation and drafting capabilities
  • Advanced financial-analysis skills
  • Detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach
  • Independence and proactive work style
  • Fluency in English and German

Tasks

  • Lead project finance and debt-funding strategies
  • Manage existing project-finance structures and lender communications
  • Maintain relationships with key lenders and financial institutions
  • Oversee project-finance and debt advisors
  • Lead due-diligence processes and reporting for projects
  • Negotiate financial terms and manage finance contracts
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting obligations
  • Present high-quality financial reports to senior management and the board
  • Coordinate financial activities across all funding sources
  • Guide internal teams on project-finance documentation and obligations
  • Develop the internal financial risk-management framework
  • Oversee financial modeling and scenario analyses
  • Manage deal structuring and execution for new projects
  • Prepare investment materials
