Head of Partner Network, EMEA(m/w/x)
Expanding Xometry's EMEA partner network across CNC, 3D printing, and injection molding. 10 years of supply chain or marketplace leadership experience required. RSUs package, corporate language courses.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, or B2B/e-commerce marketplace leadership
- Proven track record of building and scaling supply networks in B2B/B2C ecommerce
- Experience with supplier development programs and performance management systems
- Deep understanding of manufacturing technologies (CNC, Injection Molding) and sourcing dynamics
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Strategic thinking ability
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in other European languages (Western & Eastern European, Turkish) is a plus
- Willingness to travel within EMEA (25%)
- Experience in high-growth tech or marketplace environment
- Familiarity with digital manufacturing platforms or Industry 4.0 technologies
- Operational experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments
Tasks
- Lead strategic acquisition efforts to expand the partner network in EMEA
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans
- Identify and onboard high-quality partners across CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal, and injection molding
- Establish efficient onboarding and training programs for EMEA partners
- Implement scalable frameworks to monitor partner performance
- Improve partner performance across quality, delivery, and responsiveness metrics
- Establish feedback loops and continuous improvement programs
- Elevate the capabilities of local manufacturing partners
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to address performance gaps
- Enhance service delivery
- Align EMEA partner supply with global and local demand
- Optimize costs, lead times, and quality
- Drive network effects by fostering healthy competition
- Facilitate strategic capacity planning among manufacturers
- Work cross-functionally with Global Operations and Sales
- Support order routing and fulfillment
- Lead and mentor the EMEA-based Partner Network and acquisition teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making
- Serve as the 'voice of the EMEA partner' internally
- Provide insights to support local partner health and growth
