- Establish and lead a new Marketplace Integrity pillar
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and platform exploitation
- Own proactive detection and rapid response
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to protect trust and fairness
- Safeguard marketplace for travelers, suppliers, and partners
- Protect financial and reputational health
- Build and scale a centralized Marketplace Integrity function
- Handle all fraud, abuse, and trust issues
- Act as the single point of contact for marketplace integrity
- Set clear vision, priorities, and KPIs
- Surface and size new abuse vectors
- Drive prioritization with Product, Tech, and Business
- Leverage support of exec sponsors
- Oversee operational ticket review
- Conduct tactical analysis, including pattern detection
- Manage dashboards for integrity insights
- Lead incident response efforts
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Policy, and Data
- Deliver fixes for abuse and fraud root causes
- Lead quarterly Fraud & Abuse Round Table
- Ensure seamless process, reporting, and knowledge sharing
- Act as the knowledge hub for best practices
- Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams
- Lead leaders by coaching and developing managers
- Set a high performance bar for teams
- Foster a culture of vigilance and data-driven problem-solving
- Promote continuous improvement
- Champion adoption of new tools and technologies
- Utilize AI and monitoring to stay ahead of threats
