- Expertise in Live Operations
- Deep knowledge of casual F2P gaming ecosystem
- Knowledge of sustaining "everlasting" games

- Leadership through empowerment and clear frameworks
Tasks
- Lead strategic direction for live portfolio
- Ensure portfolio exceeds profitability targets
- Manage and mentor 3-5 Game Producers
- Optimize feature priorities and team structures
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Plan and allocate resources for long-term success
- Build internal dream teams and strategic outsourcing partnerships
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Drive necessary changes with clear communication
