Tasks
- Lead and develop the IT team

- Manage Layer 2/3 networking, VPNs, and firewalls
- Strengthen cybersecurity and incident response processes
- Implement and maintain NIS2-aligned policies and controls
- Drive digitalization of enterprise systems (PLM, ERP, and related platforms)
- Support integration and automation across engineering and production
- Deliver IT projects on time and within budget
- Manage IT procurement, assets, and inventory
- Travel regularly to the UK
