Tasks

  • •Lead and develop the IT team
  • •Define and implement the IT strategy aligned with company goals
  • •Oversee support for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, VPN, and Windows/Linux server environments
  • •Ensure stable and secure operation of all IT systems and endpoints
  • •Maintain and improve server infrastructure, storage, and virtualization platforms (Proxmox)
  • •Operate hybrid environments using Active Directory and Azure
  • •Manage Layer 2/3 networking, VPNs, and firewalls
  • •Strengthen cybersecurity and incident response processes
  • •Implement and maintain NIS2-aligned policies and controls
  • •Drive digitalization of enterprise systems (PLM, ERP, and related platforms)
  • •Support integration and automation across engineering and production
  • •Deliver IT projects on time and within budget
  • •Manage IT procurement, assets, and inventory
  • •Travel regularly to the UK
