Requirements

- Completed legal, pedagogical, or business studies program
- Extensive personnel management experience in international corporate environment
- Solid knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law
- Successful negotiation and implementation of collective agreements
- Familiarity with regional labor market and reliable network

Tasks
- Lead 7000 employees at Manching location
- Manage Manching HR Team
- Handle social relations and serve as primary contact for social matters
- Lead Team Leaders across Manching, including HR Business Partners, HR Advisors, Talent Acquisition Partners, and other HR roles
- Drive development of HR organization and team
- Represent employer's interest to social partners (workers assembly)
- Implement operational and personnel measures considering legal, internal, labor, and collective bargaining framework conditions
- Steer local works council negotiations and agreements
- Build strong relationships and contribute to company and group council topics and negotiations
- Manage vocational training programs aligned with HR resource strategy
- Set learning priorities for Technical System Training
- Implement internal personnel guidelines, services, and programs
- Foster family/elder care and diversity aspects
- Collaborate with Site Manager and Facility Management as part of local management board (SOLG)
- Participate in Crisis Management Team
- Achieve Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) goals as part of local management board (SOLG)
- Manage external relationships with employers' association, universities, training institutions, employment agency, and social security providers
- Optimize and digitalize personnel processes locally
- Define, coordinate, and initiate individual and collective personnel measures
- Support design and implementation of change management processes
- Lead strategic workforce planning aligned with business needs
- Foster inclusive, high-performance culture
- Spearhead initiatives for upskilling and reskilling to meet future aerospace industry challenges
