Requirements
- •7-10 years of experience in insurance
- •Proven leadership experience in building and scaling high-performing teams
- •Valid §34d GewO insurance license
- •Deep understanding of insurance products, distribution models, and regulatory requirements
- •Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
- •Track record of successfully implementing and scaling strategies and structures
- •Experience in post-merger integration or transformation environments
- •Strong analytical skills with experience in sales KPIs, forecasting, and CRM systems
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills at C-level
- •Fluent in English; German is highly preferred
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

- •Own revenue forecasting and pipeline management
- •Establish scalable structures and processes
- •Ensure compliance with insurance regulations
- •Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams
- •Act as a strategic partner for the executive team
- •Manage key partnerships and strategic accounts
- •Monitor market trends and customer needs
- •Lead and develop health insurance teams through coaching and training
