Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8-12 years in B2B commercial excellence, strategy, pricing, or large-scale commercial transformation with quantifiable P&L impact, ideally in industrials, chemicals, or adjacent specialties
- Digital and AI fluency; experience sponsoring product squads or driving digital transformation, bridging business and technology
- Deep expertise in people leadership within project-driven and agile environments; inspiring high-performing teams with deep expertise and continuous improvement culture; fostering accountability and agility
- Executive presence, structured problem-solving, financial rigor, entrepreneurial bootstrapping-to-scale mentality; ability to operate with credibility at CCO and Executive Leadership Team level
- Confident operation in global contexts; effective collaboration across BEs and functions in a matrix environment
- Professional English required; additional languages are a plus
- Curiosity, courage, and colorful personality
Tasks
- Lead a high-impact team of Growth Excellence Managers
- Translate strategy into measurable value
- Steer initiative clusters for customer growth and pricing
- Develop clear project plans with scope, milestones, and value targets
- Establish impact tracking for P&L value
- Redeploy resources to highest-value opportunities
- Conduct profitability analyses and pricing diagnostics
- Review commercial performance and manage new commercial routines
- Sponsor Digital & AI product squads
- Ensure business requirements inform digital product priorities
- Accelerate adoption of tools across the seller journey
- Drive cross-BE teamwork for commercial excellence
- Standardize playbooks and activate best practices
- Build a vibrant commercial community
- Coach sales teams and Commercial Excellence practitioners
- Develop scalable playbooks and training
- Communicate progress to CCO leadership
- Orchestrate cross-BE go-to-market strategies
- Align segmentation, value propositions, and activation plans
- Ensure consistent execution in priority growth areas
- Accelerate market capture in robotics, defense, and AI servers
