  • Digital marketing expertise in MarTech, automation, analytics, and digital engagement
  • Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing global teams
  • Operational discipline with experience standardizing processes and governance
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • English fluency required
