Requirements
- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or comparable field
- Minimum 7 years relevant professional experience with leadership responsibility in global, matrix-driven environment
- Strong end-to-end understanding of logistics concepts, services, and operating models
- Proven experience managing global project portfolios and leading cross-functional, international teams without formal authority
- Hands-on experience in TMS conceptualization and implementation (preferred), 3PL/4PL models, logistics service provider management, SAP logistics process design & implementation, service level management, tendering and onboarding of logistics providers
- Strong ability to influence, align, and convince stakeholders across organizational and cultural boundaries
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative leadership style
- Fluent English
Tasks
- Lead and develop a team of up to 9 Project Managers and Global Key Users
- Foster a strong delivery and improvement culture
- Steer the global portfolio and roadmap of mid- to large-scale logistics initiatives
- Focus on scalable improvements and technological enhancements
- Shape and co-develop tesa’s global logistics strategy
- Translate strategy into concrete, executable initiatives
- Manage and align stakeholders, including Global Process Owners, regional operations, and external providers
- Drive global harmonization of end-to-end logistics processes and systems
- Act as a key interface between business and IT
- Ensure initiatives contribute to performance improvements, cost efficiency, digitalization, and sustainability
