- Ensure customer outcomes and support commercial expansion
- Own the customer journey from deployment to expansion
- Ensure scalability across all deployments
- Account for the enterprise customer portfolio
- Focus on expansion as the primary success metric
- Maintain high quality and speed in delivery
- Build delivery playbooks and architecture
- Establish operating cadence between Delivery, Product, and Engineering
- Embed carbmee deeply in large enterprises
- Recruit a world-class delivery team
- Report directly to a founder
- Influence product direction and GTM strategy
