Requirements

• Strong data engineering foundation
• Production experience with machine learning, LLMs, or applied AI
• Comfort with messy enterprise data
• Tenacity to clean, model, and make data usable
• Understanding of ERP systems (SAP) and data-business process connection (strong plus)
• Effective collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• English fluency
• German language skills (plus)
• Passion for sustainability
