- Define global Finance data strategy incorporating AI-readiness and GenAI guardrails
- Establish policies, ownership models, and controls for responsible AI use
- Drive definition of master, reference, and semantic data layers for AI/ML
- Lead global governance forums for transparency and data stewardship
- Shape Finance data architecture for S/4HANA, cloud data lakes, and AI platforms
- Partner with Technology and Group Data for enterprise alignment
- Define data integration patterns and strategies for automation and intelligent workflows
- Ensure Finance data is accessible and fit for AI-enabled decision support
- Implement data quality framework with automated checks and ML-based anomaly detection
- Ensure data lineage, auditability, and explainability for regulatory and AI governance
- Oversee secure data handling and access controls for GenAI usage
- Ensure Finance data meets IFRS, Solvency II, and AI regulatory standards
- Identify AI/ML and GenAI opportunities in Finance
- Enable creation of Finance-specific GenAI knowledge bases and semantic search
- Build data assets and metadata for AI/GenAI model training and deployment
- Promote self-service analytics, AI copilots, and automation tools
- Drive Finance-wide data literacy and upskilling on data governance and AI safety
- Foster culture of data ownership, transparency, and innovation
- Support transformation rollouts for AI-readiness and data-driven capabilities
