Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Communication, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Change Management, Cyber Security, Behavioural Science, Communications, or related discipline (Bachelor’s or Master’s), or equivalent education and professional experience
  • Proven professional experience in cyber security awareness, corporate communications, HR/change management, or behavioural programs with senior/leadership roles in global organizations
  • Proven experience designing/executing enterprise-wide cultural change programs for secure behaviours and security-by-default mindset
  • Strong background in developing/deploying global training strategies, learning journeys, and awareness campaigns
  • Experience establishing/nurturing professional communities of practice or expert groups for knowledge sharing and local ownership
  • Strong capability to collaborate with business units, cyber leaders, HR, communications, and transformation teams
  • Proven ability to apply structured change management methods for behavioural adoption and secure habits
  • Experience in functionally/disciplinarily leading international/global teams, with track record in strategic planning, team development, and operational excellence

Tasks

  • Lead global corporate function for cultural transformation

  • Build global training and awareness education programs
  • Manage cyber-related communities across ZEISS
  • Develop and carry out targeted communication measures
  • Own cultural aspects of the Cyber Security Strategy 2030
  • Drive communication aspects of the Cyber Security Strategy 2030
  • Equip ZEISS with necessary cyber security skills and awareness
  • Develop and implement target-group specific communities
  • Develop and implement target-group specific trainings
  • Develop and implement target-group specific awareness campaigns
  • Own the cyber-related training landscape
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts
  • Identify training gaps and create content
  • Define training target groups
  • Develop and improve cyber security training offerings
  • Collaborate with internal and external suppliers
  • Ensure effective cyber security training offerings
  • Mitigate cyber risks through education
  • Satisfy compliance requirements
  • Drive global and targeted awareness campaigns
  • Equip employees to spot cyber risks
  • Promote secure employee behaviors
  • Continuously develop the Security Engineer Program

  • Leverage the global network of Security Engineers
  • Lead cyber security community efforts

  • Drive group-wide cyber security initiatives and topics
  • Shape the community landscape and collaboration channels
  • Advise the Cyber Security Organization

  • Orchestrate communication material preparation
  • Provide communication guidance, support, and coaching
