- One or more relevant and current information security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, NIST AI RMF Practitioner)
- Proven experience defining and executing enterprise-wide strategies for secure, compliant AI adoption
- Expertise with AI governance frameworks, standards, regulatory requirements (e.g., EU AI Act), and ethical AI principles
- Hands-on expertise integrating security-by-design in AI/ML solution lifecycle, defending against AI threats (e.g., prompt injection, data poisoning)
- Sound understanding of security architecture, GRC, cyber defence, and security engineering for AI governance
- Innovation-driven mindset, ability to explore, evaluate, and pilot next-gen AI technologies (e.g., agentic AI, advanced ML)
- Strong expertise establishing enterprise data governance frameworks for AI systems (quality, lineage, integrity, security)
- Experience leading international/global teams (functional/disciplinary), with track record in strategic planning, team development, operational excellence
