- •Senior experience in Corporate Real Estate Management or comparable role
- •Broad expertise in real estate strategy and finance
- •Strong financial acumen and cost center management
- •Ability to build functions in build-up environments
- •Intrapreneurial, owner-oriented mindset and high accountability
- •Leadership experience in expert teams and stakeholder settings
- •Strong conceptual, structuring, and decision-making capabilities
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- •International experience
- •Ideally fluent German, English, and French advantage

- •Establish and professionalize a global CREM organization
- •Integrate real estate and facility management into one unit
- •Define and implement a global CREM strategy
- •Report directly to the CFO on all real estate activities
- •Lead a team of experts across global locations
- •Drive value and workplace experience at main sites
- •Optimize the global real estate portfolio and financial performance
- •Manage the CREM cost center and measurable value contributions
- •Ensure consistent corporate identity and employer branding
- •Leverage workplace design to increase employee engagement
- •Execute structured maintenance and lifecycle management concepts
- •Oversee external service providers and strategic partnerships
- •Steer global real estate development and transformation projects
- •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align initiatives
- •Navigate a complex international stakeholder environment
