  • •Manage legal risks across all internal and external stakeholders
  • •Serve as Deputy Compliance Officer to promote ethical behavior
  • •Support compliance investigations and employee training
  • •Develop a talented and accountable legal expert organization
  • •Oversee legal support and governance across three regions
