Tasks
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement ASIL D safety properties
- Act as the primary functional safety contact for the customer
- Report safety status to program management and senior leadership
- Manage safety risks and implement protective measures against liability
- Elicit and review functional safety requirements with all stakeholders
- Consult customers on design patterns for fail-operational systems
- Execute safety analyses based on target architectures
- Guide software and hardware teams in effective safety engineering
- Assess product development status throughout the entire lifecycle
- Integrate machine learning aspects into safety requirements and methods
- Align functional safety needs with cyber-security solutions
- Coordinate verification and validation activities with internal and external partners
- Improve engineering workflows using state-of-the-art safety and security tools
