- Drive the optimisation strategy for global lead-generation funnels
- Enhance UX through research, A/B testing, and iterative design
- Oversee digital product development from concept to delivery
- Align product development with business goals and user needs
- Manage and evolve the MarTech stack for efficient campaign execution
- Ensure robust data collection and reporting frameworks
- Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Country teams on digital projects
- Represent Product & Optimization to senior leadership
